1	बी.एड. पाठ्यक्रम में शैक्षणिक सत्र-2026-28 प्रथम काउन्सेलिंग से पश्चात नामांकन हेतु	झारखण्ड सरकार, झारखण्ड संयुक्त प्रवेश प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा पर्षद के पत्रांक संख्या- जे.सी.ई.सी.ई.बी./01/26770, राँची दिनांक – 27/07/2026 के आलोक में बी.एड. पाठ्यक्रम में शैक्षणिक सत्र-2026-28 में जे.सी.ई.सी.ई.बी. राँची द्वारा प्रथम काउन्सेलिंग से पश्चात नामांकन हेतु इच्छुक सी.एम.एल रैंक धारित अभ्यर्थी अपने आवंटन पत्र एवं मूल प्रमाण पत्रों/ दस्तावेजों के साथ महाविद्यालय कार्यालय में दिनांक – 28/07/2026 से 03/08/2026 तक प्रथम राउण्ड के तहत् नामांकन लेना सुनिश्चित करेंगे । निर्धारित तिथि के बाद आवेदनकर्ता का आवेदन किसी भी परिस्थिति में स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा ।
2	ONE WEEK LECTURE SERIES	All the faculty members, non-teaching staff, supporting staff and trainee students at the college are hereby informed that a" One Week Lecture Series " will be organized jointly from 06.08.2026 to 12.08.2026. This will be organized in collaboration with SRSATTC, SBMTTC and AISECT University, Hazaribagh. Details are as follows: Theme: Current Trends in Educational Psychology and Pedagogy: "Integrating NEP 2020, AI Motivation and Indian Knowledge Systems for Future -Ready Education". * Venue of the Program: Central Hall, SRSATTC * Timing: - 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM Therefore, all are requested to ensure their timely presence as per the schedule and to extend their full cooperation for the successful, well organised and dignified conduct of the lecture series . The entire Program will be conducted under the guidance of the IQAC.
3	IN HOUSE SEMINAR UNDER GUIDANCE OF IQAC	This is to inform all faculty members, staff and students that the college is going to organise an "IN-HOUSE SEMINAR" under the guidance of IQAC. * Details of the Seminar: - Date: 28th July 2026, Tuesday Time: 12:30 PM onwards Venue: Central Hall, SRSATTC Topics: * Swami Vivekananda 's vision for 21st century India * Imaging Modern India through the Lens of Vivekananda Attendance is compulsory for all.
4	FAREWELL CEREMONY	This is to inform all faculty members, staff and students that the college is going to organize a " Farewell Ceremony" for the outgoing B.Ed. session 2024- 26. * Details of the Programme: - Date: 31st July 2026, Friday Time: 09:30 Am Onwards Venue: Central Hall, SRSATTC All students of B.Ed. Session 2024- 26 are requested to attend the Program.
5	RATH YATRA	This is to inform all faculty members, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 16.07.2026 on account of "Rath Yatra". College will reopen on 17.07.2026 as usual timing.
6	EPC3 & EPC4 FILE SUBMISSION FOR B.Ed. SESSION :- 2024 -26	This is to inform all faculty members, staff and students of B.Ed. Session: 2024- 26 that EPC3 & EPC4 file submission date is 20.07.2026. Hence all the concerned students are instructed to deposit their file on or before date.
7	UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION FORM FILL UP OF B.Ed. SESSION : 2024 -26	This is to inform all the faculty members, staff and students of B.Ed. session (2024-26) semester -Iv that as per Memo No- VBU/1845/2026, dated 13.07.2026, the university examination form fill up will be done via Online mode through www.vbu.ac.in as per university schedule. The last date for filling the examination form is 20.07.2026. (Rs 100 will be charged as late fine per day from 21.07.2026) Note: - After all no- dues, the hard copy of the filled in examination form will be submitted to Dr. Priya Deo (Examination In charge) till 20.07.2026
8	INSTUCTION FOR MAINTANING DISCIPLINE	This is to inform all faculty members, staff and students that every individual is personally responsible for their expensive and valuable items such as mobile phones,laptops,wallets, jewellery etc during college hours. College authority will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. It is notified to students that they are not permitted to go outside the college campus/school campus during lunch hours or college hours without prior permission from the concerned authority/ principal. All are strictly adhere to these instructions for maintaining discipline, safety and smooth functioning of the college.
9	GOOD ACADEMIC PROFILE FOR ENHANCEMENT OF PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE	It is hereby informed to all faculty members that obtain a good academic profile and for the enhancement of your personal perspective, you must have the below mentioned criteria. * Research Paper Published (Peer reviewed journal with DOI, web of science)- 02 * Edited Books/ Chapters- 02 * Seminar (National/International)- 02 * Conference (National/International) - 02 * Workshop (National/ International) - 02 * Training Program It is mandatory for all faculty members. Note- Provide add related above documents and certificate to IQAC till 05.12.2026.
10	VAN MAHOTSAV WEEK	This is to inform all faculty members, staff and students that SRSATTC and SBMTTC are jointly organising an Online talk regarding "VAN MAHOTSAV WEEK " on 6th July 2026. Theme - "Heading the Earth through Greener Initiatives: Plant, Protect, Preserve". Time - 10:45 Am to 11:45 Am Hence all concerened are requested to join the program on the given date and time.
