1	UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION FORM FILL UP OF B.Ed. SESSION (2024- 26) SEMESTER-III	It is hereby informed to all the faculty members, staff and students of B.Ed. Session (2024- 26) Semester-III that the university examination form fill up will be done via Online mode through www.vbu.ac.in as per university schedule (Letter No. - 354/ 647/2026 dated 16.03.2026). The Last date is 24.03.2026 (Rs 100 will be charged as late fine per day from 25.03.2026). Note: - After all no dues, the hard copy of the filled in examination form will be submitted to Dr. Priya Deo (Examination In charge) till 24.03.2026
2	INTERNAL EXAMINATION OF B.Ed. SESSION (2024-26)	This is to inform all the faculty members, staff and students of B.Ed. Session (2024- 26) Semester- III that their Internal Examination will be conducted on 23rd & 24th March 2026. The Schedule is per given below . 3	MID - SEMESTER TEST -1 OF B.Ed. SESSION (2024-26)	It is hereby informed to all the faculty members, staffs and students of B.Ed. SESSION (2024-26) Semester -III that the Mid -Semester Test - 1(CIA) will be held on 19.03.2026 in 2 Sitting as per given below Schedule. 4	HOLI FESTIVAL	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, non- teaching staff and students that the college will remain closed from 02.03.2026 to 05.03.2026 on account of Holi Festival. College will reopen on 06.03.2026 as usual timing .
5	HOLI MILAN SAMAROH	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that "Holi Milan Samaroh" will be organise at college premises on 28th Feb 2026. Hence all the concerned are required to participate the same. Venue- Central Hall Time- 01:00 PM onwards
6	CLOTH PAINTING COMPETITION	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students of session 2025-27 that a "CLOTH PAINTING COMPETITION" will be held at college premises on 26 &28 feb 2026. Hence all the concerned students are required to participate compulsorily.
7	MAGAZINE PUBLICATION "SAMARPAN"	It is hereby informed to all the faculty members, staff and students that our college is publishing its magazine "SAMARPAN", So far magazine publication there is need of own writings like article, extempore, poem, story, auto-biography, biography, pictures, some data, motivational thought etc. The last date to submit the above is 10th March 2026. The Submission is done to Dr. Apolina Baxla(Asst. Professor)
8	JHARKHAND GOVERNMENT MUNICIPAL ELECTION	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that as per the Jharkhand Government direction regarding the Municipal (General) Election 2026, 23 February 2026(Monday) has been declared a public holiday under section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 due to voting. Therefore the college will observe a holiday on 23.02.2026(Monday) . All academic and non- academic activities will remain suspended on this day. College will reopen on 24.02.2026 as usual.
9	DOCUMENT SUBMISSION FOR B.Ed. SESSION 2024-26	It is hereby informed to all B.Ed. students of session 2024- 26, submit the following documents to Dr. Apolina Baxla(Asst. Prof) on 14.03.2026 without fail. 1. 2 Lesson plan copies 2. 4 Chart Papers 3. 2 Models (2 subject) 4. Assignment Copies of Paper 13&14 5. 10	COLLEGE TIMING CHANGED	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college timing has been changed. The new Timing will be effective from Tuesday 17.02.2026. Please note the revised college timing as follows. Arrival time: - 08:30AM Departure Time: - 02:30PM
