1	OBSERVATION WORK FOR B.Ed. SESSION :2025-27	This is to inform all the faculty members that observation work for B.Ed. students of session: 2025-27 will be conducted as part of the 2nd semester Practicum curriculum. Baxla, Dr. S K Rana, Dr. A K Singh For any clarification ,please contact to Dr. Apolina Baxla( Assistant Professor).
2	EPC-1 FILE SUBMISSION OF B.Ed. SESSION : 2025- 27	This is to inform to all faculty members and students of B.Ed. Session: 2025- 27, Sem- I that the EPC-1 file for the 1st semester is to be submitted on or before 30th May 2026. All concerened students are required to submit their EPC-1 file to Dr. Tanima Priya, Asst. Prof. within the stipulated date.
3	COLLEGE TIMING	This is to inform to all faculty members, staff and students that the college timing has been changed. The new timing will be effective from Friday ,22nd May2026. Please note the revised college timing as follows. Arrival Timing - 06:30 Am Departure Timing - 11:45 Am
4	PRACTICAL EXAMINATION OF B.Ed. SESSION 2024 - 26 SEMESTER -III	This is to inform all the faculty members and students of B.Ed session :2024- 26 Semester-III that the pedagogy I & II Practical viva- voice examination of 3rd semester will be conducted on the given below dates(as per Memo No -VBU/Ex/1230/2026 dated - 15.05.2026 in the Multipurpose Exam Hall ,VBU,Hazaribag.
5	SCHOOL INTERNSHIP REPORT (SIR) PRACTICAL EXAM OF B.Ed. SESSION -2024 - 26	This is to inform all faculty members and students of B.Ed. session (2024-26) ,Semester - III that the School Internship Report (SIR) practical exam /via -voice of 3rd sem will be conducted on 20.05.2026 in the university department of education (M.Ed.) Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh (as per Memo No : VBU/Ex/1230/2026, dated 15.05.2026) . Note: Students are instructed to bring following for the viva - voice * Admit card * SIR File * 2 Lesson Plan Copy having 70 lesson plans * Obsevation File The reporting time will be 10 Am.
6	UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION FORM FILL UP OF B.Ed SESSION : 2025 - 27	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students of B.Ed. session 2025 -27 Semester - 1 that the university examination form fill up will be done via Online mode through www. vbu.ac.in as per university schedule (Letter No- 354/1107/2026) dated - 08.05.2026. The last date for filling the examination form is 25.05.2026. (Rs 100 will be charged as late fine per day from 26.05.2026. Note:- After all no dues ,the hard copy of the filled in examination form will be submitted to Dr. .Priya Deo (Examination Incharge ) till 25.05.2026.
7	INTER HOUSE QUIZ COMPETITION	It is hereby informed to all faculty member,staff and students of session 2024-26 & 2025-27 that our college is organising a "INTER HOUSE QUIZ COMPETITION" to celebrate the birth anniversary of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore on 8th May 2026. Each House must submit names of partipants to Dr. Dayanand Kumar Yadav (Asst. Professor) by 04th May, 2026. Program Venue- Central Hall Timing - 12:00 Pm Onwards.
8	BUDDH PURNIMA	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 01.05.2026 on account of "Buddh Purnima" . College will reopen on 02.05.2026(Saturday) as usual timing.
9	INTERNAL EXAMINATION OF B.Ed. SESSION (2025 -27)	This is to inform all the faculty members, staff and students of B.Ed. (2025 -27) Semester -I that their Internal Examination will be conducted from 05.05.2026 to 09.05.2026. The Schedule is as per given below. 10	FILLING OF REGISTRATION FORM OF B.Ed. SESSION :- (2025 - 27)	This is to inform all the faculty members, staff and students of B.Ed. Session (2025 - 27) Semester - I that the date for filling of Registration form is from 15.04.2026 to 24.04.2026 and the Registration fee is Rs 500. (After 24.04.2026 fine of Rs 500 will be charged).
