1	HOLI MILAN SAMAROH	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that "Holi Milan Samaroh" will be organise at college premises on 28th Feb 2026. Hence all the concerned are required to participate the same. Venue- Central Hall Time- 01:00 PM onwards
2	CLOTH PAINTING COMPETITION	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students of session 2025-27 that a "CLOTH PAINTING COMPETITION" will be held at college premises on 26 &28 feb 2026. Hence all the concerned students are required to participate compulsorily.
3	MAGAZINE PUBLICATION "SAMARPAN"	It is hereby informed to all the faculty members, staff and students that our college is publishing its magazine "SAMARPAN", So far magazine publication there is need of own writings like article, extempore, poem, story, auto-biography, biography, pictures, some data, motivational thought etc. The last date to submit the above is 10th March 2026. The Submission is done to Dr. Apolina Baxla(Asst. Professor)
4	JHARKHAND GOVERNMENT MUNICIPAL ELECTION	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that as per the Jharkhand Government direction regarding the Municipal (General) Election 2026, 23 February 2026(Monday) has been declared a public holiday under section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 due to voting. Therefore the college will observe a holiday on 23.02.2026(Monday) . All academic and non- academic activities will remain suspended on this day. College will reopen on 24.02.2026 as usual.
5	DOCUMENT SUBMISSION FOR B.Ed. SESSION 2024-26	It is hereby informed to all B.Ed. students of session 2024- 26, submit the following documents to Dr. Apolina Baxla(Asst. Prof) on 14.03.2026 without fail. 1. 2 Lesson plan copies 2. 4 Chart Papers 3. 2 Models (2 subject) 4. Assignment Copies of Paper 13&14 5. SIR File For any query, please contact the concerned authority.
6	COLLEGE TIMING CHANGED	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college timing has been changed. The new Timing will be effective from Tuesday 17.02.2026. Please note the revised college timing as follows. Arrival time: - 08:30AM Departure Time: - 02:30PM
7	COLLEGE PICNIC	It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students of this college that college picnic has been scheduled to be organised on dated 11.02.2026(Wednesday). The venue of the picnic is beside the Lara River. Therefore, all the concerned are required to participate the same compulsorily with their own responsibility and abide by the discipline made for them. College Reporting Time :- 07:30 Am
8	SHAB-E-BARAT	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 04th Feb 2026 on account of SHAB-E-BARAT. College will reopen on 05.02.2026 as usual time.
9	RE- SCHEDULE OF MID- SEMESTER TEST -1 OF B.Ed. SESSION (2025-27)	It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students of B.Ed. SESSION (2025-27) Semester - 1 that the Mid- Semester Test -1 that was scheduled to be held on 04.02.26 is being rescheduled on 05.02.2026 as the holiday for Shab-e- Barat has shifted from 05.02.26 to 04.02.26 as per Vinoba Bhave University Adv. No. - VBu/Esstt/02/179/2026 dated 03.02.2026
10	INDIAN KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM - BASED BHARAT BOUDH IKS EXAMINATION	This is to inform all the faculty members, staff and students of B.Ed. Session (2024- 26) Sem- III and Session (2025 -27) Sem- 1, that "INDIAN KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM - BASED BHARAT BOUDH IKS EXAMINATION" jointly conducted by Vidya Bharti Uchcha Shiksha Sansthan and the university of Delhi is being Organised on 1 February 2026 in SRSATTC Premises.
