1 10th CONVOCATION CEREMONY OF THE UNIVERSITY This is to inform all that as per Vinoba Bhave University Memorandum No. VBU/Exam/R2719/2025 dated 01.11.2025 the 10th Convocation Ceremony of the University will be organised shortly. In this only Ph.D. Awarded. Toppers and the best graduates will be awarded their degrees. B.Ed. Students of session 2020-22 ,2021-23 & 2022-24 who wish to participate are required to submit their 2 filled application form to the college by 17th November 2025. Documents to be attached (Self- attested Photo- copies) * Admit card * Marksheet * Registration Receipt * Matriculation Certificate * D.D/ Banker's Cheque For those who have already deposited the degree fee: - Rs 500/- (Payable in favour of "Registrar Vinoba Bhave University Hazaribagh".
2 ANNUAL REPORT SUBMISSION This is to inform to all committee coordinators and members that the annual report for your respective committees is due for submission to the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). You are requested to submit your reports to IQAC Coordinator Dr. Parikshit Layek by 1st December2025.
3 DIWALI AND CHHATH PUJA It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will remain closed from 20.10.2025 to 28.10.2025 on account of "Diwali & Chhath Puja" . College will reopen on 29.10.2025 as usual time.
4 INTER HOUSE RANGOLI AND DIYA MAKING COMPETITION It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that the college will organise an 'Inter - House Rangoli and Diya Making Competition on 18.10.2025 at college premises. All the concerned students are instructed to participate in the competition and contact to Dr. Tanima Priya (Asst. Prof. Fine arts) for any queries. (Timing - 11:30 Am to 02:00 Pm)
5 B.Ed. SEMESTER -II SESSION -(2024 - 26) CLASS TEST It is hereby informed to all the faculty members, staff and students of B.Ed. 6 REGULAR ATTENDANCE FOR STUDENTS It is hereby informed to all students that as per our attendance policy regular attendance in classes is mandatory. Students are expected to attend all classes regularly and maintain a satisfactory attendance record. Students with less attendance may face academic penalties and may be required to pay a fine. Additionally, students are instructed to: - * Bring their own lunch and are not permitted to leave the premises to bring lunch else were * Sit in their respective classes and follow the class Schedule. * Move only during short breaks and lunch period not during class hours. You are requested to maintain a disciplined and responsible academic environment.
7 DURGA PUJA It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will remain closed on account of ' Durga Puja' from 29.09.2025 to 07.10.2025. College will reopen on 08.10.2025 as usual timing. Note- All are informed to attend the Bhakt Sammelan on 03.10.2025(Friday) in college Premises at 01:00 Pm
8 KALASH STHAPANA It is hereby informed to all faculty members, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 22.09.20258(Monday) on account of ' Kalash Sthapana' . College will reopen on 23.09.2025 (Tuesday) as usual Timing.
9 VISHWAKARMA PUJA It is hereby informed to all faculty member, staff and students that the college will remain closed on 17.09.2025 on account of ' Vishwakarma Puja' . College will reopen on 18.09.2025 as usual time.
10 प्रथम राउण्ड में नामांकन झारखण्ड सरकार, झारखण्ड संयुक्त प्रवेश प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा पर्षद के विज्ञापन संख्या: जे.सी.ई.सी.ई.बी 07/25-71, राँची दिनांक 01/09/2025 के आलोक में बी. एड. पाठ्‌यक्रम सत्र 2025-2027 में जे.सी.ई.सी. ई.बी., राँची द्वारा पकाउन्सेलिंग के पश्चात् नामांकन हेतु इच्छुक सी.एम.एल रैंक धारित अभ्यर्थी अपने आवंटन पत्र के साथ महाविद्यालय कार्यालय में संबंधित दस्तावेज के साथ दिनांक-13.09.2025 रसे दिनांक 16.09.2025 तक प्रथम राउण्ड में नामांकन लेना सुनिश्चित करेंगें। निर्धारित तिनि के बाद आवेदनकर्ता का आवेदन किसी भी परिस्थिति में स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
